Made it to Denver and have been overwhelmed by the generosity of my hosts, the staff of Auraria Library. I arrived on campus to a Welcoming committee of Shea, Andrea and Cindy, welcome signs on the plasma screen at the entrance to the Library, my cubicle decorated by the wonderful staff with messages of why they love Denver and Auraria Library, flowers and green tea!! Wow – what a reception. I quickly felt at home in fact I felt like I was meeting old friends – so much in common, similar outlooks and wonderful sense of humor.
